How the registration-code model works

You handle participant payments directly. We handle event operations.

Self-service organizers use registration codes to admit riders into an event. That means the platform never processes participant entry fees or prizes for this pricing path. You stay in direct control of payments, refunds, and payout logistics while Trail Draw manages the digital event experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Trail Draw pricing work?

Trail Draw is pay-per-game-pack, not a subscription. Your first event is free, then you buy game packs as you need them: Starter $99 (3 games), Growth $249 (10 games), or Season $499 for unlimited annual events.

Is the first event really free?

Yes. The Free tier covers one event with up to 50 riders, including QR check-ins, automatic hand ranking, and the live leaderboard. No credit card required to start.

Does Trail Draw take a cut of participant payments?

No. As a self-service organizer you handle participant payments, refunds, and prize distribution directly. Trail Draw never processes, custodies, or intermediates entry fees or prizes.

What payment methods are accepted?

Organizer plan purchases are processed securely through Stripe, which accepts major credit and debit cards. Trail Draw does not store your full payment card details.

Does the platform work without cell service?

Yes. Trail Draw is offline-first: riders can scan QR checkpoints, draw cards, and check standings in dead zones, and everything syncs when signal returns.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. Upgrading carries over your events, data, and Stripe Connect account with no risk.
